Golden State Mushroom Soup
I become a soup junkie when the weather cools down, and I had finished my last batch of soup the day before. Having a huge craving, I found this recipe which I had all the ingredients for, and found it was a very quick-to-put-together recipe. Mmmmm! It is very good! I only gave it four stars because it is still missing a little kick of flavor. I will make it again, but next time will add garlic and probably some sherry.
