Italian Horn Cookies
Excellent taste and texture. Huge hit with family and guests. I used SOLO Apricot filling for 1/2 and SOLO Almond filling for the rest. Dough required some hand "mixing" on a lightly floured surface before refrigerating to get a smooth result. I will be adding these to my XMAS cookie list. A keeper!

Ricotta Cheese Cookies
Made the recipe as provided, no tweaks. The taste was very good, but it does need glaze. Nice cake like texture, however, they did not store well at all. I stored them in an air tight container and the next day they were very, very mushy.

Aunt Anne's Sesame Cookies
Thank you! Reminds me of my childhood, and the special christmas cookies we would buy at the Italian Bakery. My family loves them. Recipe is easy with consistant results. A keeper.
