Excellent bread! I did what most others did and used 1/2 c applesauce and 1/2 c oil. And 1 c white sugar and 2 c brown sugar. Ground gloves were no where to be found in my pantry so I left that out and added a dash of pumpkin pie spice too. Delish!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

WOW!!! The ratings says it all...5 stars and then some from me and my family. I followed a few reviewers suggestions and then licked the salad bowl when it was gone. 8>) Now I'm looking for another excuse to make this salad. THE BEST!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

YUMMM-MMMYYYYY! These are delicious. They look just like the pic shown and were quite a hit with the family and guests. Just made last night and already had a few requests for the recipe. I did make the few changes per other reviewers. 1/2 white sugar, 1/2 brown sugar. 1/2 oil, 1/2 applesauce. I used all semi-sweet chips, added a dash of pumpkin pie spice and an extra spoonful of pumpkin. Talk about a good time. Not too sweet, hit the spot!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

To die for! Everyone wants this recipe and I have no problem giving it to them. Just means I get to make a new dish for the next gathering if someone else makes this must have cake!!! LOVE IT!!

Great Pumpkin Dessert

UNREAL!!! This dessert rocks! We had company over and they were fighting over who was going to get the crumbs after the dish was empty!! Can't wait to make it again this weekend. Per other readers...I tried the 1 cup of butter and used 1 tsp of cinnamon. This recipe rocks and now I have to forward this on to my mother-in-law b/c she loved it too.

Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip

Pretty darn good...great flavor. Kind of dry but we like to drench it in the tasty juice left in the crock pot. 5 stars for taste, but had to give it 4 due to the lack of moisture in the meat.

Cool Whipped Frosting

Awesome!! Just what I was looking for. Not sure what some are talking about when they say it was runny. I did use whole milk and whipped it with a whisk until completely mixed. Great texture and flavor. Even better once chilled. Can't wait to try chocolate.

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Yummmm... These are delicious! I have made them 5 or 6 times now and we can't wait for the weather to cool down again to make them. I use reduced fat cream cheese, add 1 can of corn drained and add in some enchalada sauce at the bottom of the pan and over the top before adding the shredded cheese. A big hit in our house. Thank you for a great spin on a classic dish!

A Hearty Green Bean and Sausage Casserole

Great recipe, but needs more green beans. I halved the recipe and it was a wonderful addition to our Thanksgiving meal. Tastes more like sausage gravy than healthy green beans. Will try again.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Really tasty, but would be even better with pecans. My family enjoyed it on Thanksgiving and has requested it for Christmas, but with the addition of the nuts. Tastes like pumpkin pie and goes excellent with turkey!

Carrot Cake III

Awesome! Easy to make and great results. I did use 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup white instead of 2 white. what a wonderful flavor. I thought a 'from scratch' cake and frosting was out of my league, but as it turns out, this recipe is a no brainer. It will be a keeper in our family.

Brownies To Die For

What a hit! I was a bit skeptical about the over cooking, but I have made them twice now with in a week and both times have been wonderful! I just make sure to start watching them around 20-25 minutes. Also, I used a 13x9 pan instead of a 9x9. They seemed to work well. I have already passed this recipe on to 4 different people. Mmmmmm.....
