Amish Meatloaf

I normally do not like meatloaf, but I thought it was worth a try. It was fantastic. My husband was disappointed when he found out I was making meatloaf, but when he smelled it, he had to have some. I did have to cook it for about 15 minutes longer, and I did not put bacon on the top. Thanks for this great recipe.

Round Steak and Gravy I

Very good. I didn't think it was too salty like others. The only thing I was confused about is the water. I wasn't sure if I added the 1 cup of water to the soup or to the stuffing. It turned out great anyway.

Chicken Pot Pie IV

It was good, not great. I forgot the step of steaming the carrots and broccoli. So they were a little crisp, but still good. I did add 1 large potato. I put mine in a pie crust and covered it with crescent rolls, because I am not much of a pie crust fan. Good recipe, will make again.

Easy Minute Steaks

These were very easy to make. I made some modifications though. I mixed beef broth, cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix and poured it over the steaks. Fabulous served over rice.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was I added a little bit more cream cheese to the icing. I baked them for 14 minutes on 375(my oven cooks hot). They turned out great. Thank you for the wonderful recipe, I will be making these again!!

Banana Nut Bread II

This recipe was wonderful. I used 2 bananas instead of the 2/3 cup it calls for. I also added 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of vanilla. It came out very moist, and it had lots of flavor.
