Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Wonderful recipe! Thanks for sharing. I too waited until about 1-2 hours before serving to add the bell peppers. I used one green and one red for color. I also ended up adding about 2 tablespoons more of constarch 30 minutes before it was done and it thickened up the sauce nicely. We served over egg noodles. My husband and children enjoyed the dish as well. Keeping this one!

I agree the sour cream adds a unique flavor. My husband is currently eating a second helping. This is a keeper! Thanks for sharing.
