Grilled Wonton Chicken Salad
This was a great salad! My husband is a meat and potato mand and doesn't really like having salads for dinner, but he loved this one. Next time I would use chow mein noodles instead for the convenience.

Confetti Scalloped Potatoes
This was really good! My kids picked out the green pepper but otherwise liked it. I didn't cook it in the skillet but mixed it in the casserole dish and baked it.

Taco Pizza
I tried this out on my friends, we all loved it! Added a diced tomato, shredded lettuce and sour cream. We will deffinatly be having this again.
