I really enjoyed this recipe! I'm not generally a fan of pork chops because of how dry they can be. These were nice and tender and I really enjoyed the flavor that the sour cream combined with bouillon gave it. Next time I might leave the chops in the slow cooker when I add the sour cream. They seemed to dry out a bit in the oven for those 15 minutes. Great over white rice with green beans!!!

These are awesome pork chops! I only made 2, but used all of the sauce and used the extra as gravy on mashed potatoes. YUM!

My family really liked this recipe! I did make a few changes, though. I put in 2 cans of green chiles instead of 1 and I added a can of enchilada sauce. My husband added some hot sauce to his, too. Thanks for the great recipe!!!
