About this Cook
I am a mother of four kids 17, 14, 13, 8. I also work full time. My rparents sit with the kids while my husband and I work so on our days off we like to cook really nice meals for our family. My husband used to be a chef and makes some really amazing things. He's been teaching me the finer points of cooking.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was amazing! I added garlic, bacon, and chedder cheese at the end and my family loved it!

Grilled Chicken and Portobello Lasagna Rollups
Ok..I didn't much care for the mixture of the red and white sauces, but my kids loved it and my daughters friend said that it was the best "whatever that was" she ever had. Her dad asked for the recipe so to be fair even though I didn't like it i gave it 4 stars.

Crock Pot Portobello Chicken
I wasn't real fond of this. Maybe it was the dressing. I used wishbone light itallian and it all came out tasting very vinegary. I may try it again but definately pick your dressing wisely. Perhaps a cheesy itallian with less vinegar in it.
