Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I have been baking for a long time and I followed the recipe exactly, so I don't understand what the fuss is all about. The crust didn't hold together at all and the cake was fluffy, I expect cheesecake to be dense. I've made a lot of cheesecakes and was really looking forward to this one, but we didn't care for it. Thanks anway.

This was ok, I wanted the sauce to be a little thicker. Maybe next time I will use some cornstarch and thicken it up a little.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

I would give this five, but it is a little salty. Next time I make this I won't put the season salt in the gravy. We all liked the flavor. Hubby ate the rest of my daughter's and mine. I didn't use the Sherry, didn't have any and didn't want to buy it for just one recipe. Thanks for a keeper.

World's Best Lasagna

I made this yesterday and will be putting in the oven for dinner tonight. The sauce was outstanding. I have never made my own pasta sauce and this tasted so great, I can't wait to see what it tastes like after sitting overnight! Update: Everyone at the table LOVED this recipe. The only thing I would do different is increase the amount of Ricotta cheese.

The Best Lemon Bars

This is my new favorite lemon bar recipe. The only thing I did different was use six eggs, 2 1/4 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of flour, and probably about 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice. 1 1/2 times the measurements called for. Excellent!

Banana Crumb Muffins

LOL! These were very good and moist. I goofed and put the brown sugar in the muffin mixture (I need to read a little more carefully). Still made the crumb mixture for the top, but it sank into the middle of the muffins. I goofed and it still tastes great.
