Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

So easy and so delish! Full of flavor, i followed the recipe exactly and they are wonderful! Even picky 6 yr old daughter gobbled them up!

I actually cooked this recipe exactly as it was. It was the best lobster weve ever had. Didnt even eat it with butter it was that good. The only thing i did different was let the lobsters soak in the sauce before putting on grill

The Humble Shepherd

This was awesome, had to use what i was on hand. I cooked the turkey with garlic and onion and used onion gravy 1 packet which turned out amazing. Used corn, bean, carrot, pea mixture of veggies. Only had baby red potatoes, cooked them with skins on and then mashed according to directions and topped with white chedder cheese.. My picky child finished her plate!

Artichoke Chicken

As advised, I also added garlic cloves and used half sour cream/half mayo. These were fantastic, and i made them after work, they were super easy!

Au Gratin Cabbage

I liked this, i used more swiss, and put swiss on top. YUM. Was approved by my 5 yr old. Next time i might add a little nutmeg to it too.

Aw-some Cole Slaw

This was the best, made it for my husband and I we loved it so much i made a huge batch again for fourth of july. It was great! I also added some red bell pepper to mine, yum!

All-American Trifle

I used another recipe but this one was the most similar. I used blueberrys, strawberries, and raspberries. Instead of 2 cups milk, mix the pudding with 1 cup milk, once blended add 1 cup low fat sour cream. I used angle food cake. There were no left overs!

Tomato Soup I

I love this recipe but i suggest upping the tomatos to 42 oz and get the petite diced ones for smaller bites. It is also easier to just heat the cream up in the microwave.

Extra Easy Hummus

I really liked this hummus. It is good with crackers and raw veggies. My 2 yr old ate a ton of it. I added lemon pepper, garlic salt and emerils original essence to mine. Very Tasty.
