Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is my new go-to cookie recipe. They are delicious and come out perfect every time. I've made two batches in one week. I used 1 cup of chocolate chips and added just a little less than 1/2 c walnuts. Based on other comments, I also did not use a full 1/2 c white sugar and the cookies turned out great. This really is a great all-american chocolate chip cookie recipe. thank you Elizabeth!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
The is the BEST banana bread recipe I've ever tried and it has become a staple in our home. I've made it at least six or seven times and it has turned out beautifully every time. Dusting the pans with cinnamon sugar is a must! With this recipe, I use a bundt cake pan and fill 1/2 full and use the rest of the batter to make approximately four or five mini loaves which I share with co-workers and friends. Thank you Esther for a wonderful recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
This was excellent. I used a different cut of beef and was afraid it would not be tender. It was - the key is shredding the beef and placing it back in the crock pot for an hour or so. It was absolutely delicious and my picky kids loved it. When I came home from work, I could smell this before I even opened the front door. It is very, very good and my family requests this often. Even the leftovers are great! Thanks for a great recipe!!!
