Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III
These turned out really nice. I have never done the boiling water and baking soda in a recipe. Don't know what that does, but the cookies turned out good so who cares!!!!

Bread Machine Bagels
I made bagel dogs with this recipe. They turned out really good. Looked a little funny, but tasted excellent. Next time I would play with a bit more flavoring for them.

Turkey Brine
My turkey was dry. I didn't overcook, but it just did not work for me. I was really hoping for a juicy turkey, this was not it. The taste was decent though so instead of one star I give it two. Turkey sandwich with plenty of mayo should cover up the dryness a bit.
