High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I had my doubts, between the temp and asking hubby (typically limited to grilling) to cook this for us tonight. The recipe is soooooo easy! It turned out nicely, although it cooked a little longer than required, so it wasn't med rare like I prefer. It was still juicy and tender. Will defintely use this recipe again.
