I learned to cook from my mom, who is Hungarian and Italian. She loves to cook, and loves feeding everyone. I love making casseroles, and I always make everything from scratch, unless It's a hectic week, then I cheat. Better a home-baked meal from a mix than fast food! I once added maple extract to sugar cookies. Yuck! My sibling still talk about it.
