Wife and mother of two girls and one boy. We love to BBQ any kind of meat and coming up with our own marinades. We also love making tex mex dishes and spicy food. We make party food often too. Fun foods are also one of our favorites, such as kids party foods. It seems as if we are always cooking for some occasion. We have alot of adult and childrens parties which we make several different dishes and appetizers for. My husband is a hunter so in the winter we make venison and wild hog chili and others. We cook pots of beans often. In summer we mostly make light foods and BBQ, for we are always outside. I love it when people finish their plates and get seconds until its all gone and then ask for the recipe. Im am not quite sure. I guess it always stinks when you burn food for a friend and family function, which I have done.
