These were great and a big hit with my friends and family. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a really hard time getting the bars out of the pan! I let them cool for a LONG time and even refrigerated them for a while and still...problems. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Anyway- delicious!

Very good, but as others have said this recipe asks for too much pasta. Half the amount would have been enough.

Pollo Fajitas

I loved this recipe! My only suggestion would be to cut down on the cooking time of the chicken slightly...my pieces got pretty charred. Overall though, this was great!

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

I made this last Sunday and it came out really, really well! I made a whole box of pasta which I thought was way too much though, and I also didn't use the whole bunch of asparagus I bought... if you follow those directions you will make A LOT! I was also pretty liberal with the garlic powder and I think that made it even more tasty. Would definitely make again!

Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie

As others have said, good base recipe. I made it exactly the way the recipe dictated and I found it to be a bit bland and kind of oily... Next time, I'll omit the oil and spice the meat a bit more.

Cookie Mold Sugar Cookies

My first time making sugar cookies since I was a kid. The recipe was easy enough to follow, but make sure to use a LOT of flour when you are rolling out the dough. It was very sticky even after being refrigerated for 1.5 hours. Taste is OK, not great. I would probably make these again, but perhaps add more sugar?

Artichoke Chicken

Easy and good. It came out well although I forgot the garlic pepper. Cook time was longer than stated for proper chicken internal temp, but the chicken I bought was pretty thick. Overall, my husband and I liked it.

Gnocchi Bake

Delicious, easy and quick! I substituted some lean ground beef for the sausage and it came out great! I made it for dinner last night and it was such a hit with my husband that I made another to take to a friend's house. Will put into regular rotation at our house!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

I am new to cooking and this was an easy and quick recipe for me. I thought it came out pretty well, although my husband thought the inclusion of beans would be tasty too. I would definitely make this again.
