China Lake Barbequed Steak
Used this marinade for flat iron steak and it was delicious. I added a bit of brown suger and some ginger. This is simple and makes a very flavorful tender piece of meat.

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
This recipe made a nice moist pork roast with good flavor. I prefer my tenderloin on the grill but for a crockpot recipe it was simple and tasty.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
I make pancakes every Sunday for my teenage sons and we all agreed this wasn't the greatest. The flavor was a bit bland. My favorite on this site is Old Fashioned Pancakes, we simply add blueberries if we want them. It needs more fat and a litte more sugar.
