My favorite family cooking traditions
Swedish meatballs with sour cream gravy at Christmas. A favorite of my Parents, brother and sisters. Now very much a tradition with my Wife and Children. My Son is very good with this dish also.
My cooking triumphs
Grooms dinner for the son of our best friends, and the daughter of other special friends, getting married... short/tight budget. With the help of my wife, we served 80 people Honey sesame chicken, wild rice pilaf, green beans almondine and for dessert.. Flaming Cherries Jubilee at table side.
My cooking tragedies
I have even burned water... lol
