Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Added mushrooms, left out the sour cream, and used mozzarella instead. Turned out great! I made the mistake of not using a rack in the oven and baking it in a dish so the chicken sat in grease/liquids. I would recommend NOT cooking the bacon ahead of time as others have suggested. Let the bacon do it's job and it will be flavorful and moist!

Black Bean Rice Burgers
This is definitely a keeper! My kids loved them. They were very meaty, much better than premade veggie burgers. I used a food processor to mix and used bread crumbs as other reviewers suggested. Some garlic powder added good flavoring. Very good with the salsa/sour cream!

Best Breakfast Cookie
I was surprise at the rave reviews this cookie got. These were just OK to me. I prefer a greater oatmeal to flour ratio. I'm still searching for the best breakfast cookie.
