Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans
We love this. The only change we made was on the grill -- 15 minutes uncovered, then turn over, and 15 minutes covered.

BBQ Steak
I used tri-tip instead of steak and marinated it for about 2 hours. It was great! I did the preparation and my husband grilled it. He said it was the best tri-tip HE ever made.

Chicken Marsala
I added onions to the mushrooms and this was a hit. Definitely will make this one again!
