Barbecued Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Made this to bring in lunch for co-workers and everyone loved it...including me. It was very easy to make. I baked the chicken in the BBQ sauce instead of grilling it.

T's Easy Chicken
I don't know who T is, but this was awesome! I added more mushrooms, plus garlic, salt, and pepper. I served it over rice.
