I am a contractor for the US Air Force by day and a student by night. In my free time I love to cook, especially for family and friends. I have been seriously cooking since I was 15 and have progressed a great deal. I am constantly being asked when I am opening up a restaurant. :) Peruvian, Asian, Southern, Italian, Indian, Meditteranian, and Vegetarian dishes. I love the holidays! I of the women fill the kitchen, it is chaotic and wonderful! I love it when I can prepare something that people don't normally like and they love it. For example when my young cousins eat their veggies! There have been many! I have been cooking so long I have learned alot, but I would say I had the hardest time with something rather simple... cookies. I always burned them when I was younger.
