Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Perfect for PB Lovers! First batch just got out of the oven and they are so good! I followed directions exactly except didn't have mini muffin pans so just used a cookie sheet with the mini muffin papers - worked great. Paper peels right off and you can bake a lot at once! My husband thinks they are too PB-y so I am making the next batch with Hershey's Kiss'. I think they are a great treat!

French Onion Soup V

I let the onions carmalize for about a half hour, that was the only change I made. Next time I would cut down on the pepper a little, but other than that it is a great recipe!

Zucchini Alfredo

I would give it a 5 with all the changes that I made, but without I think it would be bland. I added 3-4 extra cloves of garlic, fresh mushrooms, a little extra milk and a half cup of onions. As other reviews said, you need to salt it a lot. I also didn't use all the noodles that I cooked so it would be a bit more saucy. Very easy and good!

Eggplant Parmesan II

My first time making eggplant parmesan and I don't normally eat it. I was pleasantly surprised at the crispiness even though it was baked, but the eggplant was a little bitter in my opinion.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

I was between 3 and 4 stars for this...it is a good pasta meal but the recipe needs a lot of doctoring in my opinion. I added more garlic, tomatoes, wine and used fresh basil. I also cut down the amount of pasta and it still was too much for the amount of sauce so it would have been VERY dry had I not added extra of the aforementioned ingredients. The taste was good though, but I think next time I will add some mushrooms, olives, roasted peppers and/or onions. There is just a little something missing, but it still is worth making...a good base recipe!

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad

Sooo good! The only thing I changed was to add a little dill and only used half of the egg yolks to save a few cals. I love the slight tang of the lemon. I was worried it would be lemon-y which I didn't think would taste good w/ eggs, but it isn't at all, just gives it a nice flavor. Thank you!

Bermuda Spinach Salad

This recipe is really good, but I wouldn't call it a celery seed dressing - more like an onion vinagrette. That doesn't sound good but it actually compliments the spinach salad very well! I made 1/2 the amount of the dressing and next time may cut the onion down a bit. I don't know how others are saying not to blend the dressing, if you do that you will have chunks of onion and probably a different flavor as well. Overall a great dressing and recipe if you like onions!

Sweet and Sour Pork III

This is really good! I have never made sweet and sour pork (or anything for that matter) and this turned out great! My only changes were that I didn't deep fry - sauteed in veg oil, and I cute the veggies thinner, the way we like it. I was nervous the sauce wasn't going to thicken but it was perfect! I think there is plenty of sauce, I actually might add more meat next time. Great recipe, thank you!

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

This was so easy and really good. I used fresh veggies (a combo that I like) and doubled the sauce (5 tbsp. honey, 5 soy). It was so simple and good! I was nervous at first because of the smell when you mix honey and soy but in the end it smelled and tasted great!

These are great...I was just looking for a recipe for a salad but these are addicting! Make sure you use all of the sugar/cinamon mixture. I thought it looked like too much but some ended up not being covered completely.

The Best Banana Bread

Very good bread and SO easy! I don't bake and this turned out really great and took no time at all. I only used three bananas but will use four next time (didn't measure). I think nutmeg and cinammon would improve the flavor. I will add that next time, but overall a agreat and easy recipe!

Eat Michigan Salad

I was looking to mimic a salad I got at a fine dining restaurant and this came really close, it was so good! I was really nervous about the dressing because I don't really like syrup or anything too sweet, but it doesn't come out like that at all. It makes plenty of dressing and I only used a portion. I also added pancetta and left out the apples to cut the sweetness. It is a great recipe, thanks so much!

Quick Chicken Marsala

This is good, but not THAT much different than plain cream of mushrooms soup chicken. Very easy though and a good quick weeknight dinner. Definitely need to add fresh mushrooms.
