French Onion Soup V
I let the onions carmalize for about a half hour, that was the only change I made. Next time I would cut down on the pepper a little, but other than that it is a great recipe!

Zucchini Alfredo
I would give it a 5 with all the changes that I made, but without I think it would be bland. I added 3-4 extra cloves of garlic, fresh mushrooms, a little extra milk and a half cup of onions. As other reviews said, you need to salt it a lot. I also didn't use all the noodles that I cooked so it would be a bit more saucy. Very easy and good!

Eggplant Parmesan II
My first time making eggplant parmesan and I don't normally eat it. I was pleasantly surprised at the crispiness even though it was baked, but the eggplant was a little bitter in my opinion.
