I've been working in the wine industry for about 12+ years now. Matching wine with food has driven me to more upscaled cooking. As of late I love to grill just about anything. The only exception would be anything that lives or swims in the ocean. I;m not a seafood person at all. Sunday is definitely pasta day! The first time I cooked a rack of ribs came out comepletely amazing. The only crutch I had was the temperature of the oven and how long to cook it. All of the spices and marinade and how to grill it was just on a whim. It's rib season again. Let's hope that I can recreate it this year. This has to be the first time I tried to cook a whole chicken. Ya see, my oven is exactly calibrated correctly. It just too long to cook in the oven. So, we decided to make something else. That was all fine and good. But I forgot the chicken in the oven. Mmmmm ya. Not so good. It went straight from the oven to the garbage. Talk about wasting food...
