Reduced Fat Potato Soup
This was super easy & very tasty! I also could not find the fat-free country style gravy so had to use the regular.

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
My husband said these are to die for - possibly the best muffins he has had. I followed the advice of some others and increased the instant coffee to 2 tbsp. and 2 tbsp. water. Also used 1/2 c. margarine and 1/2 c. applesauce rather than 1 c. margarine. Used approx. 3/4 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza
Delicious! I made the following alterations. Cooked chicken tenderloin in olive oil with Italian seasoning and chopped garlic on chicken. Sauteed onion while chicken cooked. Used ranch dressing over crust. Used as toppings: bacon, onion, fresh mushrooms, chopped tomatoes , mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Family loved it - will make again!
