Rempel Family Meatloaf
I'm not a meatloaf fan but my family loves it. This was one of my first attempts at "scratch" and it came out great. I added some Montreal steak grill seasoning and put a ketchup, mustard, worcestershire mix on top and put it on top of two bread slices as one reviewer suggested. It did take longer than 45 minutes to cook. I finally upped the oven temp to 375 and that got it moving along. Good job!
