Sweet Potato Balls

This is just like my Grandmother used to make. A word of caution: Take a few minutes off the baking time so the marshmallow in the middle doesn't evaporate. Otherwise its wonderful!

I add some sun dried tomates and a little bit of freshly cracked pepper and it turns out wonderfully! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it now!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2006
Wow! I can't believe I finally found a Sugar Cookie recipe to stick with! These rolled and cut out beautifully, baked very nicely, and were very yummy! I served them topped with frosting from a can and decorative sugar. I wouldn't eat these without frosting but the combination of cookie and frosting is perfect! Not too bland but not too sweet. They were a HUGE hit at my Christmas party. THANK YOU!!!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
Forget the french fried onions...this is the best green bean casserole I've ever tasted! It was a big hit and my husband really enjoyed it since it didn't have cream of mushroom soup. This will be your new "staple" recipe for the holidays!

Nutella ™ Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2006
This is the best no bake cheesecake recipe I know! Very rich, goes well with a big glass of milk or cup of coffee. *Tip: The cream cheese really needs to be room temp to properly mix without any lumps. I've tried mixing with not quite room temp cream cheese and it didn't work quite as well even with my Kitchenaid mixer!
