I am amazed. This is by-far the best pot roast I've had. I took 1/4 flour, liberally sprinkled garlic powder in it and some rosemary. I took my 4 lb roast and dropped into a plastic bag with the flour mixture. I browned the roast on all sides in a bit of olive oil.
I used a can of cream of celery soup, package of onion soup mix, 1 cup of beef broth and little bit of water (1/4-1/2 cup)
Cooked the roast on low for several hours before adding potatos and carrots.
The sauce is soooo good. The flour thickens it up while cooking so all you need to do is serve it up.
