Broccoli Cheese Soup
I have been making this soup for years. The only thing I change on this recipe is that I use minced garlic not power. I use a crock pot, so to start I saute the garlic. After about 1 minute I add onion and the broccoli. After the onion and garlic are cooked I transfer to a crock pot where I add everything else (in the order of the recipe). My kids eat this and they hate broccoli. Great job Karin!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Everytime I make this recipe, I add something: hamburger meat, chicken, ham. I can make a meal of it in itself. Better than any Hamburger Helper, I can decide the amount of salt. It is also good alternitive to the traditional mashed potatoes you have with meals. A keeper in my family!

Cowboy Cookies III
I get request from coworkers to bring these in. The first time I made them, I thought they were a little flat. So the next time I made them, I used 2/3 cup of melted butter and 1/3 cup of milk. Fluffs up the cookies without taking anything out of the taste.
