Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie
It was pretty good. I did like that it was very pumpkiny and not terribly sweet. I am going to add some cloves next time to bump up the spice. It was a very nice and fluffy pie and not dense like most. I didn't add the streusel.

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos
the only change i made to this was in blending green jalepeno peppers, instead of green chilies, with the rest of the ingredients, and then rubbing the pork. i cooked it in the oven at 300° for 4 hours. delish

Roasted Potatoes with Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic
only difference was the time it took to cook the potatoes and used grape or cherry tomatoes and some sliced onion. we had this for with christmas dinner and it was fab.
