It was just okay for us. My husband told me I could leave this one out of the recipe box. I probably won't make again without making some major changes. I like the idea of this recipe, though.

I chose to make this for a pot-luck for my husband's work because of the good reviews, and then really liked it and had to make some for myself! I did like some other reviewers and only used 3/4 cup light mayo. I made it once with red bell pepper instead of yellow. The dressing is very good and will go well with whatever veggies you might want to use.

I made this because I thought my husband would like it, and was surprised when I liked it, too! I don't normally like olives, but this recipe is really good and simple to make. I only used 2 cups of cheese.
