Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
This was comfort food to the max. I cut would cut down the bread by half a cup. I used delicious day old viena loaf and cut the peaches up small. I didnt need the sauce as it was sweet enough. I served with vanilla icecream- yem. Next tome I might add some walnuts in it too.

Portuguese Sweet Bread I
This bread is my new favorite! I added one extra egg yolk and it makes the bread even more delicious. You may need to add more flour. I added 1/2 cup extra. It wasn't too sweet which I liked.

Kona Chicken
This made a rich but yummy sauce but the chicken was too dry. I think this would be better suited as a marinade for salmon or pork, its just too rich on it own.
