I did make some changes - but just because we live out in the hills and I did not have all the ingredients! I substituted angel food cake for the pound cake and fresh raspberries for frozen. Because the berries were fresh, I did not have the required juice SOOOO I just had to substitute lemoncello and boy was it ever yum! This recipe would be great both ways I am sure. Thank you Bonnie - it was just lovely...if I could double the stars I would.

My first review for any recipe...but this one is definetely a 5 star. Did not change the recipe at all but served with whipped cream cheese spread that I had added powdered sugar and rum - very yum!

OK, I hate it when people change the original recipe on the first try and comment on it but I have to admit I just commited the crime I hate most - I followed the recipe to the T but then at the very end, had a bottle of white wine opened and thought to myself I bet that would really enhance the flavors a little - now I did not add much, just a few drops on each side of the chicken - not on top and yes, it WAS VERY GOOD! Thanks for the recipe.
