I love to grill things. I like trying to come up with new marinades, and ways to grill things most people would not. I also love making pasta and sauces.

I am from Mississippi, so I love a big home cooked, southern fried feast now and then!

Slow cooked 24 hour BBQ ribs.
My cooking tragedies
I fell asleep once after putting a meatloaf in the oven.. The house didnt burn down, but I suffered minor smoke inhalation and made a hard black loaf instead of a meatloaf!! (:
