Delicious Gluten-Free Pancakes

Used guar gum instead of xanthan and 1-1/2 cups milk instead of dry buttermilk and water. Batter made around 20 pancakes. Easy to make. These do not taste gluten-free. Thank you!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Worth the time and effort. Very tasty. We are gluten-free so I had to use fritos instead of bread crumbs but all turned out well. I froze leftover sauce and meatballs and used for stuffed green peppers

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake

The best cupcakes ever! These do not taste gluten-free. I used guar gum instead of xanthan as it's cheaper and doesn't give us problems. The recipe cut in half made 12 cupcakes. Cooked 18 minutes. Wonderful!

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Cheesy Pork Chops with Spicy Apples

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Perfect! I didn't need to change anything! It will be tempting to leave these in longer because they do not look done after 10 minutes. Do not cook them longer or they will be hard as a rock, even if they don't look overcooked.
