Banana Crumb Muffins
These were really good muffins! Followed others suggestions - add 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, and substituted oil for butter. I also tried anothers suggestion about adding crumb topping during last 5 minutes of baking, but next time I will stick to the recipes directions and put it on before baking. The brown sugar is yummy when melted and crunchy on top of the muffins. Thank you for the recipe, Lisa!

Antipasto Squares
This was good, but too rich for a main course. It's best cut up in smaller squares/triangles and served as an appetizer.
