Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
very good but not quite worth all of the calories and fat with the heavy cream. i would make with 2% milk and maybe just a little cream for flavor.

Hot Onion Dip
i thought this was pretty good, I made a large batch for a wedding, and people kept taking big sccops because they thought it was a potato dish! I served it with toasted mini baguette rounds and crackers. I will make this again.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
This is the best broccoli salad recipe! I am asked to bring this to most all family gatherings, and I never get to keep any leftovers. I wouldn't change a thing!
