Golden Yam Brownies
I made these exactly as written. I wasn't crazy about the texture of the brownies with the shredded sweet potato. The flavor was good but I think I would have liked them better if the potatoes were cooked and mashed, then added to the batter. I also agree with the reviews that say to decrease the butter. It was just a little too much for me. I would try it again with some modifications though

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
very good but not quite worth all of the calories and fat with the heavy cream. i would make with 2% milk and maybe just a little cream for flavor.

Hot Onion Dip
i thought this was pretty good, I made a large batch for a wedding, and people kept taking big sccops because they thought it was a potato dish! I served it with toasted mini baguette rounds and crackers. I will make this again.
