Oven-Fried Catfish
I'm rating this 5 because we will "definitely" make again. However, I was not as fond of the heavy paprika seasoning and salt. But with modifications tailored for us, this will become a staple. Kid NOTE: My kids scraped the coating off, but still they ate it until every bit was gone --- no leftovers!
