Married with 2 older children and 1 granddaughter. I'm a work at home Mom and Grandma. I love to cook. I cook all kinds of recipes for my family. Even though we are spanish I rarely cook rice and beans. LOL I love the italian cuisine and some spanish food. My family claims I am cooking better all the time. Lasagna. I don't have any cooking traditions. My daughter doesn't live near by but when she visits she is the baker and brings something she has baked. She helps me in the recipe of that day.She rather bake. It took me a long time to make a nice beef roast. But with a slow cooker I have no problems with taste. London broil. I don't like the way it taste when I make it. I need better recipes for this one.
