Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

The family ate it up! We had it with noodles, my daughter thought it was Hamburger Helper. I added Mr.Goudas gravy browning to give it some flavour and rich colour. Very good, will make again.

Mountain Cookies II

Yummy, different, great for Christmas! Since my husband doesn't like nuts, I just doubled the coconut and they turned out great!

Very yummy, and moist. I didn't have enough marmalade, but I'd already pumped up my three year old about making them, so we used 1/2 marmalade and 1/2 jam, and they still turned out great! The almond extract gives them a nice flavour.

Toffee Chunk Cheesecake

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I wouldn't change a thing, the only thing was that it took nearly two hours to bake, rather than the one hour it said in the recipe. Took it to work for a birthday and everyone raved about it. If you're going to cheat on your diet, you won't regret a single bite of this dessert!
