Sweet Corn Tomalito
This is a wonderfull dish I love to eat on it's own sometimes. It is nice and moist and great flavor. Reminds me of a certain resturants. side :)

Green Bean Stir-Fry
I can't say i've been much of a green bean fan, but I absolutly love this dish. The whole family eats their green beans now even the 2 picky kids. The only change I made was adding a little sesame seed oil when stir frying and then a little bit more to the peanut butter sauce.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
My whole family ate this, even my fickle 4 year old kept asking for more. Definitly a new favorite in this house hold.
