Black-Eyed Pea Salad II
I made the recipe as stated. A nice alternative to other Black-Eyed Pea recipes for New Year's. Will make again.

Marzetti(R) Italian Penne Pasta Salad
Easy recipe. Made the following changes: used 1 (2oz.) can sliced black olives, 1 (10oz.) jar sundried tomatoes, 1 (7oz.) jar sweet peppers.

Mango-Strawberry Salsa
Followed the recipe exactly. Turned out very runny. The balsamic vinegar/fruit favors did not mesh well. Too woodsy for fruit. Thanks anyway.
