Mmm...So yummy and easy! I was craving a key lime pie and didn't have a graham cracker crust. Looked this recipe up and was so excited to find out how easy it was to make. Like some of the other reviewers I used a zip lock bag to crush the graham crackers and mix the ingredients. Easy clean up. The second time I made it I used a rolling pin to crush the graham crackers(in the bag. Took about 30 sec. Thanks so much.

Mmmmm.... really yummy for a quick meal. I didn't have Roma Tomatoes so I used Italian Diced Tomatoes (included liquid) and didn't have green onion so I used a sweet onion. Turned out great. Will do this one again.

Excellent salad! I fixed it as part of a fathers day meal and my father-in-law said it was the best salad he had ever had.
