Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
This was good, I too changed up the recipe, per suggestions, and sauteed the onions with some garlic. I split the recipe into two batches, I baked them both at the same time, but ate the second one the next day. I did change the second one a bit after having the first one. I put some corn chip crumbs on top of it and baked (from cold) for about 15 minutes. The second day potatoes were much better than the first.
