When I made this recipe the first time, I didn't have a whole package of cream cheese, so I used about a half package (4 oz.) and the dressing was more like a real dressing. This time I had a whole package and used it all and dressing was very stiff and truthfully didn't taste as good as the first time. Next time, I will use less cream cheese to have more of a real dressing. I also used light cream cheese and sour cream, splenda and splenda brown sugar.
