Creamy Shrimp Scampi
This sauce is really ggod. Add the lemon juice a little at a time to taste. You can also use dried parsley and parmesan cheese. I've made without the shrimp for a white sauce for pasta.

Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars
I thought these were good, not great. My Mother thought great. To each his own. Mine were a little softer than the hard toffee I'm use to. You can also make with milk chocolate and or almonds and it's equally good.
