Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce
I've made this several times and it's fabulous. I've added mushroom to the sauce and I think it's a good addition. I've also made with filet mignon and it was as terrific. I've stopped coating the pork with mustard and it's just as good.

Curried Coconut Chicken
I thought it was a bland. If I made again I would add more spices and thicken it up a little.

Italian Sausage Soup
I made exactly but used frozen spinach. Next time I will use fresh. This soup is great as is!
