White Bean 'n' Ham Soup
I added butter beans instead of great northern beans and chicken stock instead of water and it was an excellent dish. It did not seem to be six servings though... Perhaps three? I cooked it about 2 hours so maybe I cooked it down a bit...

Shoofly Pie
Delicious! I've never had shoofly pie so I can't compare it to the traditional pie but... YUM!

Chai Tea Mix
Wow!! This is an excellent recipe! So much better (and cheaper) than the store bought mix!
