About this Cook
I really enjoy cooking things that my boys like to eat. Nothing makes me happier than to have them satisfied with a meal and asking for it again. Otherwise I love to bake! Cookies are my soft spot. I just made my first German Chocolate Cake from scratch, and it came out delicious.

I don't do bacon. Hate it actually, and can't even cook the darn stuff. Its not a tragedy to me, but it is to my husband

Basil Tomato Soup
Very good and easy. I made it 5 star by browning some garlic and diced onions in 2 tbls of butter first, and adding 3/4 cup of shredded carrot to that before adding all of it to the soup. Delicious!

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole
My family loves this recipe. We add a layer of refried beans and another layer of canned corn with chopped onions! Superb!

Pecan Pie IV
This was super easy! I had never made a pecan pie before and everyone loved it so much, that I didn't even get a piece! One tip, use a deep dish pie crust.
