Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
These were better than in any restaurant I have ever went to. I only did two things different. I had made a pulled pork recipe from this site and had leftovers, so I used the pork! DELICIOUS! The other thing was that I only put the sour cream mixture (the one cup) in with the enchiladas and not at the bottom of the pan. The inside of these enchiladas is SOOOO tasty! The secret is in the seasonings!!! Thank you so much. I can't wait to make them for my mother, the Enchilada Lover.
